At L&H Educational Solutions LLC, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring a refund request. Please review our refund policy below.
1. General Refund Policy
1.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels.
1.2 Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the timing of the request.
1.3 The “Mini Course Pack” is a one-time, experiential service. Upon purchase, the service is deemed to have commenced, and it is not considered a formal long-term course. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, it is not eligible for a seven-day unconditional refund. No refunds of any kind will be provided. Please review and confirm before purchasing.
2. Cancellation and Refund Process
2.1 If you need to cancel a service and request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to respond promptly and process your request.
2.2 Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process, depending on the payment method.
3. One-on-One Sessions
3.1 Clients who cancel at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled session may request a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund but may be considered for rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
3.3 No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Group Classes & Packages
4.1 Refunds for group classes and prepaid lesson packages will be considered under the following conditions:

If cancellation is requested before the start of the program, a full refund may be issued.

If cancellation is requested after the first session, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining sessions.

No refunds will be issued after 50% of the course or package has been completed.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
5.1 Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients must provide supporting documentation if required.

2. 取消與退款程序

2.2 根據付款方式不同,退款可能需要7至10個工作天辦理完成。
3. 一對一課程
3.1 若客戶於預約課程開始前至少提前24小時取消,可申請全額退款或免費重新安排課程。
3.2 若於課程開始前不足24小時取消,則可能不符合退款資格,但可視個案考慮重新安排課程。
3.3 若無事先通知缺席課程,將不符合退款資格。
4. 團體課程與套裝課程
4.1 團體課程或預付課程套裝的退款,將根據以下條件考量:

若在課程開始前取消,可申請全額退款。

若在上完第一堂課後取消,可依剩餘課程數量核發部分退款。

課程進行超過50%後恕不接受任何退款申請。
5. 特殊情況
5.1 因醫療緊急或不可預見的特殊情況申請退款者,將視個別情況酌情處理。必要時,需提供相關證明文件。
